Service Description

Come learn to play golf the way it should be. Brandon and Lou will lead you through a one of a kind program designed to teach the player how to move, and then put that movement into practice on the range with a golf club in hand. The program is a 4 week program and taught in groups of 6 golfers. Each session runs 1.5-2 hrs in length. Players who have completed the AIM Learn to Play program will receive a 15% discount off the AIM Assessment. Program Curriculum: Week 1: Setup & Alignment • AIM Movement: Lou will provide a grounding movement practice, to activate ground connection with feet and core. Practice will provide golfer with understanding of how to effectively create a stable base • AIM Instruction: Brandon will provide golfer with setup fundamentals. Posture, grip, alignment, and provide a routine to get into their setup. Week 2: Takeaway • AIM Movement: Lou will continue to build onto the grounding practice from last week and put it to use this week. This week we will create separation in shoulders and upper body from the torso. Building upon the grounding practice from last week. The movement will be focused in thoracic mobility and rotating shoulders while maintaining a square hip position. • AIM Instruction: Brandon will provide instruction on the takeaway in the golf swing and work with the group to develop a solid takeaway position. Week 3: Transition • AIM Movement: Lou will work with players on further separation, (hips opening while holding shoulders back) and strength in the lower body. Separation will help to create easy power in the golf swing. • AIM Instruction: Brandon will walk through fundamentals of transition and keys to creating a good club path to deliver the club efficiently to the golf ball. Week 4: Impact and Finish • AIM Movement: Lou will concentrate on power and stability in this movement practice. Strength movements in the upper and lower body to create stability through contact. Power and speed movements to create faster club head speeds. • AIM Instruction: Brandon will take the players through key impact factors and the importance of a balanced finish in the golf swing.
