Semi-Private Body & Swing Session

Service Description

AIM’s Signature Coaching session, combines coaching from both a swing coach and a body coach. 2 players work together during a 2 hour session where players will switch between hitting stations with the swing coach and a body treatment / motor pattern training station with the body coach. This one of a kind training session allows players to learn and own their new golf motor pattern in a way like never before. The body coach will provide each player with a take home program to continue on with in between sessions. The golf coach will provide concrete practice drills and stations to take to the range for in between sessions as well as a video recap of the work done during the session.
